Me, Amazed

This will not be a typical post. This was an amazing time in the word for me today and I just want to share it with you and issue a challenge to try this for yourself.

I looked on YouTube for something to listen to while I did my Bible study. Listening to this: https://youtu.be/s-SR7Xc0yhM, I read this: https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Psalm+33&version=TPT.

I have been using the SOAP method of study (Scripture, Observation, Application, and Prayer) where you chose one verse to journal about, but I was so enraptured with this combination of worship and scripture. I felt so full of peace and love, I wanted to share it with as many people as possible.

Personally, I added a Y to SOAP to make it SOAPY, the Y standing for Yahweh/Yeshua, as I write what I hear God speaking to me.

I want to share my relationship with God, allowing you to see what I write and what I hear, not for comparison, but in the hopes that you will tune into what God might be speaking to you and be blessed.

That being said, here is an excerpt from my journal today:

P. There is no one like you, God! Your depths are unfathomable to me. You draw me into you, revealing who you are. I can only respond in awe! This world implants itself in my thoughts, begging me to see only what is visible; but my heart sings for joy knowing…knowing you are there, in and through it all.

Y. Daughter, when the world doesn’t extend peace to you, come, sit with me in my peace. I will cover you over. Let your thoughts melt away into my love.

My challenge to you today is to click on the links and spend some time with God today. He loves you dearly and wants to be with you. Sending you my love and prayers. ❤️🙏
