Psalm 33:8-9, 18-19 Let all people stand in awe of the Eternal; let every man, woman, and child live in wonder of Him. For He spoke, and all things came into being. A single command from His lips, and all creation obeyed and stood its ground. Listen, the eye of the Eternal is upon those who live in awe of Him, those who hope in His steadfast love, That He may save them from the darkness of the grave and be kept alive during the lean seasons. Our world is an amazing place. A place full of wonderful, mysterious complexities. There is so much to discover, so much to study and understand we can get lost in the unraveling of it all. There is so much information to learn and experience, I know I can get overwhelmed by trying to know all the right things to make my life the best one I can.

I have been on a path to improve my own health, and what I am learning I want to share here. The most amazing being the wisdom, intelligence, creativity, mastery, intricricy, power, and ultimately love revealed through creation by God our Maker. So in the sharing of information, recipes, stories, pictures, songs, and poems; I wish to reflect His Glory, uplifting and encouraging those of you on journeys of your own as you look to be the best you, you can be.
