Raindrops: A Drop of Assurance

Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.

Deuteronomy 31:6 (ESV)

I’m one of those people who fear new things. If I venture into new territory, it will most likely be with someone else. If I have to do it on my own, I remember this scripture and pray for peace.

Heavenly Father,

You are always with me,
Even when I don’t feel like you’re there.
All I have to do is turn my thoughts toward you,
And there you are, assuring me of your presence.
I pray my thoughts will always be with you,
As you are always with me.

Amen
