There is a quote I’ve recently been introduced to by Esther Hicks: “Worrying is using your imagination to create something you don’t want.” When I am anxious, my mind is fertile ground for Satan’s lies.

Jesus,

There are lies I tell myself,
And there are lies from the Father of Lies.
Thank you for giving me truth 
To combat those lies.
Thank you that as I remember your Word,
I am set free.
