Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
Joshua 1:9 NIV
This is the chosen verse for the WCCW (West Coast Christian Writers) conference I’m attending this week. My husband and I are driving down, leaving soon, but I wanted to share this encouragement.
Sometimes God leads us outside our comfort zone. Our natural response may not be one of strength and courage. But, a few minutes reminding ourselves of how big and amazing our God is and how much He loves us, is enough to make us stand a little taller and kick our fears to the curb.
God is going with me today, tomorrow, and forever. I’m a blessed daughter, traveling with my Father, turning fears into anticipation, calling out “Are we there, yet?”
Grace & Peace,
Sandy
