Just a quick post.

Sometimes as we are praying and receive scriptures for others, God uses the same scripture for our own benefit. That happened to me yesterday.

Galatians 6:9

9 So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.

I’ve always thought of this in the context of doing good for others, but I understand it anew this way: as I continue in my health journey, doing good for my body, I shouldn’t be discouraged if I don’t see results right away. Doing good is the right choice to make, whether it is for others or for ourselves!
