All or Nothing

Hello out there!

I really haven’t fallen off the face of the earth but I have been inundated with information about diet and thyroid disease. I’m trying to keep-up catch-up and fix-up, so much so that I have lost my focus (and my sanity). So I am inserting a new concept into my universe: “Break it down before you breakdown!” I’m discovering that if I intend to make some permanent changes and actually like them, I’m just going to have to be happy with taking things in smaller chunks. Plus I have to stop trying to fix everyone else in the process of learning all these cool things.

I still have grand ideas about new projects and new goals, while in the meantime, I haven’t completed all the previous ones. I will say, the things I have incorporated into my diet and lifestyle have begun making a difference. Yay!

If your wondering about my devotional, it is one of my “incompletes”. No worries though, it’s still on the list only with a new formatting idea.

Anyway, that’s it for now. I’ll write more in-depth at another time. Small chunks! 😉
