I tend to overthink things. In depression it looks like self-depreciation. In anxiety it looks like fretting or worry. I like this phrase — “Let My perfect peace calm you in every circumstance…”

Lord Jesus,

Thank you for establishing peace,
And giving it freely.
Today, would you calm my heart and my mind?
I know there is no circumstance 
Where your peace can’t reach me.
